Reservations
We recommend making reservations in advance to assure desired times. We require a major credit card at the
time your reservation is made in order to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of twenty-four hours notice is required to cancel any appointment. Forty-eight hours notice is
required for packages or multiple services. There will be a fifty percent charge for late cancellations
& no shows.
Product Return Policy
Unopened merchandise may be returned for a merchandise credit within 14 days
of the purchase.
Arrival & Check-In
Appointments begin promptly; please check in at least 15-minutes prior to your appointment so you can relax
& prepare to enjoy your Moderno experience.
Children
As much as we love children, we request that you do not bring your children to your appointment. This
request is for the safety of your child as well as for the relaxation of all clients.

Cell Phones
Please refrain from using your cell phone during your treatment & while waiting for your treatment to begin.
